Jane Media SOP

Video Hosting — Bunny Stream + Media Library

Playback infrastructure with safe master-file archiving and operational manifest tracking.

Recommendation

Use Bunny Stream as Jane Media’s managed playback layer. Use Google Drive / EvaOS Jane Media Media Library as the master archive. Use Jane’s video manifest as the operational source of truth.

Bunny Stream serves the video. Google Drive preserves the video. Jane’s manifest governs the video.

The Safe Answer

Hosted video platforms are playback layers, not archives. Jane Media should never treat Bunny, Vimeo, YouTube, or any third-party player as the only copy of a video.

  1. Google Drive master file — permanent archive/source of truth.
  2. Bunny Stream — encoded playback, embeds, and share links.
  3. Jane Media video manifest — operational index connecting master file, Bunny ID, playback URL, transcripts, clips, and usage.
